SUPERAMAS s’immiscent dans le mouvement de la foule et proposent aux spectateurs et aux passagers de gouter l’espace et le temps de l’aéroport.

Qu’on y atterrisse ou qu’on y décolle, l’aérogare est un espace entre-deux, un interstice. Un espace suspendu qui correspond au temps suspendu de l’attente. Des attentes faudrait-il écrire, car y on attend plusieurs fois. Des attentes encore, car l’aéroport est une zone de potentiel.
Le terminal représente cette extrémité vers laquelle nos attentes nous mènent, et dans notre belle société marchande, le terminal est donc, tout naturellement, son aboutissement. L’accomplissement du projet capitaliste : des individus dociles et conciliants, pris dans des nasses, transportés par les masses de flux organisés et tarifés, qui se contentent poliment d’attendre et de consommer.
Et si ce temps et cet espace n’était pas à perdre mais à prendre ? 
Et si cette docilité n’était en fait que lascivité ?

Profitons-en, et gentiment LET’S GET HIGH! 

SUPERAMAS sneaks in the movement of the crowd and invites onlookers and passengers to enjoy the space and time of the airport.

Landing or taking off, the airport is an in-between space, an interstice. A still space matching with the still time of wait. Or rather of waits, because you wait there several times. Waits because airports are areas of possibilities.

The terminal represents this end toward which our waits lead us and, in our fancy market-driven society, the terminal is, naturally, its culmination. The culmination of the capitalistic model: compliant and docile individuals, caught in nets, carried away by organized, priced mass flow, satisfied to wait and to consume.
What if this space was not to spare but to take?
What if this docility was only lasciviousness?

Let us enjoy it and, nicely, LET'S GET HIGH!
